- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For bookings I require a 60% deposit upfront for holding an appointment slot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once my client's appointment is booked, I like to delve into the details of the client's needs and wants. This can include sending photos, videos and/or mood boards to achieve the perfect look. During the appointment, I like to go at the the client's pace and flow. Additionally, I like to provide checkins to make sure they are happy. All in all, I like to make my clients feel comfortable and give them exactly what they ask for and more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is in education and business. I am a teacher, fine artist and entrepreneur. I love everything beauty-related and I have 10+ years in providing beauty expertise to a variety of clientele. I have provided beauty services for: – Local designers – Olympic medalists – Runway and print models – Music artists and more!
