- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free initial phone consultation (15-30 minutes) to help us decide if we are a good fit for working together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am here to help you (and/or your business). I initially ask questions to help you determine the underlying issues preventing you from achieving your desired results. I help develop an action plan, with measurable steps to guide you towards the results you desire. With each following session, we will discuss, evaluate, and adjust accordingly to the results you are receiving, as well as address anything new that has arisen since our last session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of experience leading organizations in diverse industry fields. I also have experience consulting with businesses in multiple industries and across the U.S. In addition to a degree in Business Administration, I've also been certified as a Life Coach (2014) and as a Master Life Coach (2015). I'm a firm believer in self-education. I believe in constant and never-ending improvement (CANI). In today's ever-changing world, we must constantly be learning and growing. I read at least one book per week and encourage others to read something positive every day.
