Introduction
I provide various styles of training for ages 3-99. I teach everything from ballet, modern, jazz, improve, contemporary choreography workshops, and pointe class, to yoga, pilates, strength training, resistance training, and zumba. In addition to that, I specialize in senior fitness and fall prevention. Ages 65 and up enjoy a seated workout. Strengthen your body to maintain independence. Practice awareness and strengthening exercises to decrease your chances of falling!
