Al is the best help one can find when in an emergency. I had a stubborn clog in the sewer line that leads from the kitchen to the main line. My kitchen sink was backed up, dishwasher not functioning as supposed to. Al responded at 10 pm in the night and asked if he could come over. I asked him to come in the morning since he would have over 50 miles to travel. He arrived right when he said he would. He was very professional and had a roll up the sleeves attitude. The entire job took more than an hour since it was an extremely hard clog. He finished the job with tremendous patience and charged me the same dollar amount he said he would during our very first conversation. What a relief! I would hire him back again in a heartbeat in the future.
