AWC responded to my request for information immediately. I explained I needed maintenance for my air conditioner and he offered a what I considered a fair price without charging to come to my home for an estimate. I asked if he also did maintenance for tankless water heaters and he said yes. I asked if I could schedule service on both on the same day. He not only agreed that could be done but offered a discount as well. We made an appointment and the workman arrived on time. He was very personable and professional as I showed him the condenser and water heater. He immediately went to work and within the hour, he had cleaned out the condenser so it looked like new, changed the air filter on the AC, confirmed the thermostat was working properly, flushed and checked the water heater, and didn't leave until he was assured everything was in good working order. I asked how to pay and he told me I would receive a statement via email. I received the bill within the next hour. It reflected the price quoted and offered numerous ways to pay including credit, PayPal, Zelle, Affirm, and possibly more. I paid immediately and received a paid receipt within minutes. I have never made a better decision or had such a painless transaction. I highly recommend and I will be calling again for the next maintenance.

I had a great experience with AWS HVAC Services. They replaced my old, corroded washing machine water shutoff valves with new quarter-turn ball valves and also cleaned my dryer vent. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and explained the work clearly before getting started.
The job was completed efficiently, the workmanship was excellent, and everything was thoroughly tested before they left. They also kept the work area clean and made sure everything was working properly.
I really appreciate their honest service, attention to detail, and fair pricing. I would definitely recommend AWS HVAC Services to anyone needing plumbing or HVAC work, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

This was my second time using this company and each time I have been totally happy with the outcome. I have now had both Joe and Freddy work on my HVAC and both have been professional, polite and courteous. They answer my questions and listen to what I am saying. I think k this team is great and are definitely being kept in my phone as my go to HVAC repairmen. Wish I had dealt with them when i bought my unit.
