We decided to hire Joe to replace our AC, heating and coil units altogether because of his knowledge, clear communication and thoroughness. This was a huge project for us, so we had tons of questions prior to the installation, on which brand to choose, pricing comparison etc. Joe is very knowledgable and he was very patient from the beginning, addressing all our questions and concerns to help us narrow down to what’s suitable for our needs. The communication was also easy and direct, not back and forth between multiple people. It helps streamline the whole communication process and provide clarity and peace of mind for us to work with him. We wanted to work with a vendor who will complete this installation project with confidence and not leaving us with any stress and issues down the line. AWCH was able to give a very reasonable quote remotely by looking at photos of the heater and was able to schedule their staff to come replace the unit promptly. The workers were on time and respectful. I’ll know for sure if everything is working well Monday after the city re-lights the gas pilot, but for now I am quite pleased.
