Our bathroom sink had stopped draining so I contacted Renowned Plumbing and got a response within a minute! We provide fare and upfront pricing. Technicians carry iPads showing all costs for service and repairs. All technicians are on an hourly wage not commission based. 15% Discounts offered for all active and retired military and first responders with proof of ID. Discounts also offered to senior citizens.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Providing a free no obligation estimate prior to any work beginning while building trust and making sure the customers questions have all been answered. Peace of mind is key!
