I have a leak in my tankless heater I’ve been ignoring for a while. I grew tired of placing a catch bucket and finally went on Thumbtack. Heat Busters came up top on the ratings and fast response- music to the ears of someone who is busy with short attention span :). Within 2 hours, Victor and Aaron were at my door. Within an hour or so, the leak has been fixed, along a few other things I requested. Victor casually brought up water softeners, and he promptly sent me a quote. Let me preface by saying that I wasn’t really looking to spend more than I had originally called the plumber for. I also do my own research and I knew that the Halo CK-10 is a smart buy. I’ve worked in sales before and I know when I am being pitched to. Heat Busters are true professionals and responded to my call and fixed what I had asked for. The talk about water softener came as a future thought, as “here’s a quote, by the way” in case you’re interested. In the end, I decided to just get over and be done with the water project and went forward to get the water softener. Thank you for the effort, and for not upselling me. I truly felt that you cared and were not pushy!

Go ahead and hire Heat Busters - you will be in good hands. Victor (one of the owners) quickly diagnosed that the problem with my furnace was actually the thermostat which had been set up incorrectly when it was installed earlier this year. He set it up correctly, tested the system several times, and answered a dozen or more questions I had. After that, Victor showed me some of the settings I didn't know about in the new thermostat (and where to find more info) and the options for better filters. Also, he showed up early with an upbeat demeanor even though we were his last client of the day. You can really tell he loves his work!
