Kate Wiseman says, "We have a hundred year old house and had a significant problem with our sewer main line and these guys were our saviors. We knew it was gonna be really expensive to fix, and it was (but only because it was so much work- their prices were totally fair), but what we were most unsure about is whether the fix would be permanent. They totally stood by their work. Something came up about two months after the first repair and they were here quickly and took care of it and included it under warranty. They also recommended that we replace a very old toilet with a brand that they said “was like the Honda of toilets”. Not crazy expensive and totally reliable. On my own I would have had no idea what brand toilet to buy and I’m really glad we decided to replace it with something reliable. More than that, over the course of the whole project we ended up interacting with about five of their people and I feel like they went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was happening and felt comfortable. When they put a camera down into the pipes, I got to see the screen and they walked me through each problem so I really understood what I was agreeing to. It gave me a lot of peace of mind, especially since it was such a big project. Brent and Justin were especially helpful, but really everyone we interacted with was great. It’s so hard to trust an unfamiliar company, but they were consistently kind, helpful, courteous, and trustworthy. I would happily recommend them to anyone."See more
