Carmela has only just started but I am very impressed with how thorough and efficient she and her partner were. I found her hand-cleaning the light fixtures over the bathroom mirrors by hand--not with a Swiffer as I would have done. The counters are gleaming. The house is not only clean, it smells good, too.
