Avi was very nice and professional. He never asked for our budget upfront, instead he asked what our goals were and came up with a plan on how to achieve them. He worked with us to reach a design that was within budget and fair. Our project was small and we had a move in deadline. He made sure to fully staff each of the days so we were able to move in on time. He gave us tips on how to be more cost effective and to maintain our new yard. I love that this company is small and family owned. It really shows in their level of care and attention to their clients. If your looking for experts who you can trust to take care of you this is the company to go with.

Need For Build does beautiful and quality work. Everyone has been very professional. The landscape design work exceeded my expectations. Its not only a great area to hang out in (I love the fire pit) but also low maintenance and water friendly. Highly recommended.

Amazing work. I found Need for Build on here and they got back to me right away to schedule a time for a project manager to come by. The first meeting I got all my questions answered and I signed on the spot to have my project started ASAP. So happy with my artificial turf and desert landscape. Highly recommend five stars!!
