- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually offer the first lesson free as a trial. I also give discounts for referrals, such as half a month off free/lesson credits, or just straight cash.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by getting to know each family and seriously understanding the child. Understanding the child is the most important part of teaching, and the curriculum adapts around them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken AP Music theory, middle school concert band, high school concert and jazz band, and jazz band at college.
