I get all the benefits of in-house accounting without the employer-employee commitment. She’s always there when I need her to keep my business on track and me informed. My staff love her like a co-worker. I highly recommend her and encourage you to meet her before hiring a full or part time in-house CFO or Establishing your accounting department.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly rate applies to set up and training and for high impact customers (more than 5 hours per week). Smaller clients enjoy a fixed monthly rate. Currently (July 2020) my rates are $125/ hour and monthly $450-$650 depending on need.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen. Then, I investigate. Every business is unique and requires a unique plan.
