Tim and his team handled everything seamlessly, including proper floor leveling and custom cuts to accommodate the quirks of an older building, ensuring a high-quality install. The craftsmanship is excellent. The seams are incredibly clean and tight, transitions between spaces are well thought out, and the finished floors look precise and intentional. They also removed and rehung doors as needed to trim them correctly after installation, which made a noticeable difference in the final result. He replaced the subfloor, installed new vinyl flooring, replaced the toilet, fixed a number of plumbing issues, built a shelf, installed cement board around the tub and shower and cleaned up the job site when he was done.
