Sam remodeled my bathrooms and did th concrete in the backyard, he did a great job and highly recommended, he went beyond of what was ask of him, always willing to help out

We have a cottage to rent out that needed a bathroom remodel. Sam was very quick to respond to our request for quote. He came out and started work right away after the contract was accepted. Sam is not the cheapest contractor we've worked with, but he is very professional and doesn't waste time since he charges by the job. He gets the help he needs to get it done and is communicative throughout the project so that he could hit his target completion date. He shows up on time, which is not always the case when dealing with contractors. He encountered issues with how the plumbing was originally installed and instead of just leaving a potential problem, he quoted the fix separately. As work is completed, Sam gets the client to look at what is accomplished and makes sure it is accepted. I definitely would call Sam first with our next project.

I got an immediate quote and work started on time. I had a fence with a double gate completed it one day. That was more than I expected, Since I have a dog and a pool I was happy not to deal with a temporary fence. I'm very happy with the work and would call them back anytime.
