Anzor has been great! He installed my new sink today and went above and beyond with fixing the hot water for me. He is experienced in multiple areas and I have three more upcoming projects that he will be doing for me. The before and after pictures show a great example of his work.

Did great work. Was available to complete the work on short notice. Showed up for estimates and work completion as promised and on time. Did drywall patching, plus some trim and baseboard cut and installation, and added back drywall texturing. Performed very careful work and did some extra bonus small spot texturing for us to fix some prior spackling repairs that didn’t look great. Anzor speaks multiple languages, which I applaud, and English is not his primary language. As is often the case in such circumstances, communication might require some extra effort to ensure a shared understanding. The pricing structure discussion is a place where this may be especially useful. I initially misinterpreted his price quote as being inclusive of labor and materials when it was actually just covering labor. Thus, the final price was labor + the cost of materials (a receipt was provided). In the end, the total price was very fair, lower than others who’d bid, and great work was done. Will definitely hire him again, something I can’t say about every other contractor I’ve hired.

Mr Southern was on time. He evaluated the job estimate what needed to be done. He went about his work in a very professional manner. He not completed the assign job but also took on an additional job and completed it in the same professional manner as the first. If I was in need of future work, I would request him again.
