My minimum service charge is $150. Hourly rate is $69/hour when applicable. Most projects are priced as fixed-rate jobs after reviewing details. No free estimates for small or low-budget jobs.

I review the project details first. Then I provide a clear fixed-price estimate. Once approved, we schedule the job. I focus on professional, clean, and long-term solutions.
