My minimum service charge is $150. Hourly rate is $95/hour when applicable. I provide accurate pricing after reviewing the project details to avoid unexpected costs. On-site estimate is $150 and is applied toward the project if you move forward. I can provide a general price range based on description or photos.

I review the project details first. Then I provide a clear fixed-price estimate. Once approved, we schedule the job. I focus on professional, clean, and long-term solutions.
