From the moment that I sat down with Aleksei I knew we were in for something special with our full home remodel and we are extremely happy with the process and outcome. I valued the transparency and commitment to our project. Although we had changes to the project, they were fairly dealt with and easy to close out. We found the complete Tool Box Masters team to be of high character and good to work with. Our home remodel truly exceeded our expectations.I would not hesitate to recommend Tool Box Masters to anyone wanting to remodel their home.

I hired Alexei from ToolBox Masters to build my studio for my business. In the beginning, we were comparing contractors. Even though we were on a very tight budget, we ultimately decided to pay more to work with Alexei's company. His first impressions were that he was very professional, he is very clear with asking what we want to make sure that we get the best result possible, communicates well, and works with our schedule. We are not really sure with what we wanted. I just need this problem solved. Alexei and I drafted multiple scenarios, and together, we were able to come to an optimal conclusion to make sure that we have the best solution. He was very straightforward, and honest, which meant a lot to us.Once the project started, we ran into a few problems outside of both of our controls. The shipment was late, and it was going to delay our process. Alexei and his team quickly took action to make sure our deadlines were met, and we were ultimately able to finish on time. The quality of the work is very high, and the finished product matches what we paid for.I definitely recommend working with him.

I am so pleased with Aleksei and his team of mastermind workers who put my kitchen together. I had a design and he executed everything beautifully. We ran into hiccups (we needed a support under the house), an flooring issues (the wrong material was delivered by the supplier) and a kitchen sink issue (3 sinks arrived from the vendor broken), and he handled all the delays beautifully and skillfully. Aleksei really seems to personally care about us, and even checked in when our dog was injured. He communicated daily with notes and photos and gave me options when I needed to make decisions. I never felt pressured, and his entire team was incredibly respectful and courteous. Every day Id come home and the work area had been cleaned. Nothing was ever left messy and I really appreciated that extra effort. I am already talking to Aleksei about the next project and wholeheartedly recommend his services!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every remodel is different, so pricing depends on the amount of work, materials, finishes, and the overall scope of the project. We always try to find the best solution for the client’s budget while still delivering quality work that lasts.
Most of our projects are kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, and full home renovations. Some clients want a simple update, while others want a full transformation with layout changes, custom finishes, lighting, flooring, and more.
We are not the cheapest company, but we focus on doing the work correctly, staying organized, and giving clients a smooth experience from start to finish.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually it starts with a phone call or message where the client explains what they want to do. After that, we schedule a site visit to see the space in person, talk about ideas, budget, materials, and possible options for the project.
Once we understand the scope of work, we prepare a detailed estimate and explain the process step by step. If permits are needed, we help with that as well.
During the remodel we stay in communication with the client, provide updates, and make sure everything moves forward the right way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 15 years of hands-on experience in construction and remodeling. I’ve worked on projects in different countries including Europe, the Middle East, and the United States, which gave me experience with many different building styles and construction methods.
My background includes kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, drywall, painting, finish work, and full interior renovations. Most of my experience comes from real jobsite work and years of solving problems in the field.
