I had a great experience with my home inspector. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to carefully inspect every part of the property and identified issues that could have easily been overlooked.
What I appreciated most was how he explained all of his findings in a way that was easy to understand. Instead of using overly technical language, he walked us through each concern, explained its significance, and answered all of our questions patiently. His professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to educate us throughout the inspection process gave us confidence in making informed decisions about the property.

We offer a flat cost for houses under 3,000 sq ft. We do offer discounts for veterans, police, nurses, teachers, and first responders.
