- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge by the hour. All services are priced per job with a flat, upfront rate, so customers know the total cost before we begin. We have a cancellation policy, which is shared at the time of booking. Discounts may be available when heavier or more detailed cleaning areas are already in good condition, such as doors, door frames, baseboards, ceiling fans, inside windows, blinds, chandeliers, light fixtures, cabinets, and the interior of the stove and refrigerator.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process with a new customer starts with an initial conversation to understand the size of the home, cleaning needs, and expectations. Based on this information, we provide a custom, flat-rate quote (we do not charge by the hour). The first visit is usually a deep or detailed cleaning, allowing us to establish the proper maintenance level for future services. Once the initial cleaning is completed, we set up a recurring schedule (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) if desired. We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment, arrive on time, and ensure the service is completed according to our quality standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on professional experience in residential and commercial cleaning, combined with ongoing training in proper cleaning techniques, product use, safety procedures, and quality control. Our team is trained in detailed and deep-cleaning methods, sanitation standards, time efficiency, and care for different surfaces and materials. We continuously improve our processes to ensure consistent, high-quality results for our clients.
