I recently hired Ivan Kosovan to install new bathroom floors, shower floors, and shower walls, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, his work was top-notch.
He was punctual, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented. The tile work is absolutely flawless – every cut and joint is perfectly aligned, and the overall finish looks like something out of a design magazine. He clearly takes pride in his craft and made sure every step of the installation was done with care and precision.
Communication throughout the project was excellent. He kept me informed about progress, listened to my preferences, and made helpful suggestions that improved the final outcome. The work area was kept clean and organized, and he completed the job on schedule without cutting any corners.

We hired Ivan for our master bathroom remodel for three reasons:
1. Of the three contractors we received quotes from he was the only one to bring up ideas for ways to improve the space and make it more functional and enjoyable.
2. His bid was reasonably priced and he clearly outlined each piece of the job. He also made us a list of the items we would need to shop for. Very helpful!
3. He responded quickly to all my many questions.
Ivan does impeccable work. We so appreciated his attention to detail. He has a great eye and we’re so pleased with the outcome.
Additionally, Ivan works with vendors that saved us $$. We saved over $1,000 on our shower doors by using the company he recommended. And they got them installed in half the time we were quoted by another vendor. The same exact doors!
Ivan left our home as clean and clutter-free as he could at the end of each work day, which we greatly appreciated. And he finished the job right on time!
We plan to hire Ivan for our next home improvement project.

Iván did a great job putting new tile in our bathroom, we are very pleased with how it looks. We appreciated his timely in home estimate. He explained the process thoroughly so we knew what to except. He also worked with us on the timing, doing the job almost immediately!
