- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not the cheapest but the more work there is on the house the better the price discount I can offer. My work is quality based
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always speak to a customer on the phone to discuss the details, sometimes I get a couple pictures sent over txt, generally I come prepared to get the job done same day
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 years of electrical experience , 4 years of cable experience , and 2 associates degrees from college
