- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined by the true number of guest attending your event. How many hours of services if provided. Type of Menu and drinks for their bar our client prefers. With certain events the type of event and location maybe also play a factor in pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Collecting all the clients information to begin molding a plan for their event is the first step in any process. Only by obtaining this information can we truly assist in meeting our clients goals. Introductory questions such as date in question? Where is site and location of bar and event? A real accurate of guests attending your event. Type of bar and cocktail menus our clients would like to provide for their guest. Meeting Face to Face when possible is preferred however no required. Communication is the key every step alone each and every turn working to earn confidence and trust.
