- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to base my pricing off of what is fair and respectful of my time and my customers. I am always willing to explain why I made a quote, I am always willing to negotiate if the customer would feel More comfortable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to explain in detail exactly what they can expect from me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience in the field from plumbing to all types of handyman work. I also have years of experience as a Director of Sales and Marketing.
