- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the month of January 2023 all new customers get $50 off first service call. Mention this discount when booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I like to start with an introduction email or call to asses the problem. Once the problem details are communicated, a service call appointment is made. All service calls are paid up front and the deposit goes towards the cost of the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of on the job training ranging from residential, to commercial/industrial. C10 and C20 certified. OSHA 10 certified.
