- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My typical Haul and dump will be customer loading my 10x6x5-foot dump trailer with 2500 lbs. priced at $325.00 with general trash; anything over the 2500 lbs. will have an additional charge for the overage in weight $45 to the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Inquire about their project and the materials used: general trash, yard waste, furniture, or recycled products. These can be hauled away or delivered to the appropriate disposal location.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my customers are homeowners who are clearing out storage units and garages to make space for their cars. The rest are contractors who need to transport carpet, tile, and old cabinets to the dump. I will drop off a trailer in the morning allow their crew to fill throughout the day. After the dumpster trailer is loaded and ready, I will return to take the trailer to the dump.
