I first me Shane at a mural project where he was teaching youth in Sacramento how to paint as well as the business side. I learned of him earlier from a member of a support group I belong to. A group for people who have lost loved ones to murder. At the time Shane was preparing to do a mural of recent victims killed in Sacramento. I was blessed to have my daughter, Shandas picture added to this project. I was there everyday and witnessed the painstaking care Shane took to insure every detail down to the eyelashes were on point. I was honored later to be asked to help on another project teaching youth to make a mural. The kids were not really into listening or learning at forst but Shane won them over with his stories, humor, talent and the way he genuinely cared about them. While in this small community, Shane saw a cool old burnt building and at once decided he wanted to use it as a canvas for a local young lady who was missing and presumed dead. He worked tirelessly to get this extra project completed.Myself, my grandson and whole family are so thankful we were able to have Shanda painted by this incredibly talented, caring artist.

I pray for you all the time that God will continue to bring you peace and joy even though you have lost your beautiful daughter, Shanda. I pray that God will be the God of restoration for you and your family. I hope we can work together soon bringing hope to people. Love you Mellanie.

Shane is such a talented man, and his heart is as big as his art. We live in Paradise CA, home of the Camp Fire in 2018. Shane came up and began painting murals on destroyed buildings, to bring hope to those who remained. He kept coming back, to make sure we were healing. He has painted many murals since that time, and we treasure him, both as a wonderful talent and a dear friend to our town.

I met Shane after the Camp Fire when he came to Paradise and painted 25+ murals in the destruction of our town to show beauty and hope to the community. Shane selflessly allowed the Paradise Art Center to use images from the murals to help support the Art Center following the fire. We are still using those images 4 years after the fire.Shane is a super talented artist with a heart of gold. He is super easy to work with and his art is amazing. He cares about people, cares about youth and is doing incredible things with Shane Grammer Arts and the non-profit he founded "Hope Through Art".Thank you, Shane for everything you have done for our Community and particularly for the Paradise Art Center.

I first saw Shanes work right after we lost our home, like most others in Magalia Ca., to the Camp Fire. What I saw was beautiful. No only because of his wonderful talent but for what he was doing to bring beauty and hope back to a burned out community. I have followed Shanes work ever since and love what he stands for through his art!Thank you Shane!
Shane Grammer Arts's reply
Thank you Philip for taking the time to leave me a review. I am so happy that the murals brought hope to you after the camp fire. The Paradise Camp Fire mural project has changed me for the rest of my life. Now I am always looking for projects that will bring people hope and joy.

When you have the pleasure of experiencing the art of Shane you will be blown away by the level of talent and creativity on display. Not only are his pieces visually stunning, but they also radiate a sense of authenticity and passion that is truly captivating. He is an incredibly kind and genuine person, and it's evident that the purity of his soul is reflected in his art. I highly recommend checking out Shane's work, not only for the art itself, but also for the chance to experience the heart and soul of an amazing person.
Shane Grammer Arts's reply
Wow! Thank you Kari, as an artist I’ve had desert times in my life where I felt like no one cared at all about my art. I felt like I couldn’t even pay someone to let me do a job, ha! But it’s so encourages me to hear that people see my heart and soul reflected through the work that I so passionately love to create. Thank you for seeing that in me. I greatly appreciate it.
