Training with RJ is awesome since I've started with him I've lost over 20 lbs and have learned a lot from day one he provides you with a meal plan and sets achievable goals. He has not only helped me get in shape but he is also Has worked with me to greatly improve my striking and jiu jitsu being a pro mma fighter plus his many years of experience as a personal trainer makes him very knowledgeable and a great trainer so whether your just looking to get in shape or take yours skills to the next level I would highly recommend RJ

If you're simply sick and tired of trying diet plans, not getting results and aimlessly throwing away your hard earned dollars. Then, you need a change that's dynamic enough to deliver results. This all starts with an amazing Coach/trainer that understands your fitness needs and can customize your workouts so that they're dynamic enough to delivery your desired results. RJ, has been that for me and more! He is dedicated and in some cases more dedicated on helping me achieve my fitness goals. He has taught me that there is no price I can put on my health. Thank you for all your help and encouragement!

RJ is AWESOME! Work outs are short and effective! I have never done squats the way he taught me. My booty and entire legs hurt for a whole week! I feel good though! No pain No gain! Highly recommend him!

He was amazing at giving direction and very encouraging. Supplied me with meal planing ideas and other workouts to do while at home. Helped push me to meet my goals (which was something I needed) and was very supportive and flexible with my busy schedule.

I have had the most amazing experience working with Coach RJ at 1up Training Camp. I was apprehensive about training with a professional mixed martial artist because I don't have any fitness experience at all. But RJ's approach was quick to meet my needs. He helped me to realize the emotional barriers that had been preventing me from giving my all and meeting my personal fitness goals. At each session, I gained a deeper understanding of how I was standing in my own way. RJ has not only given me a new body, but a new appreciation for the body that I had before. I know that he believes that I can do anything that I put my mind to. He's taught me how to eat for my blood type. I am more disciplined and more healthy than I've ever been, and I am happier. The 11 lbs that I've shed isn't too shabby either! 🤗 I would highly recommend him.
