The workouts are intense, but you will have a blast doing them with your friends and family around you can't go more than a minute or two without laughing and enjoying the process. I absolutely LOVE seeing a person do an exercise that they knew they could not do a week earlier. They push through that mental barrier and get it done. That is why I do this

Training with Tye has been a great experience so far. I have been training with her for a couple months to present and my body is changing and I am feeling stronger every session. She is flexible with my schedule and available when I need something in regards to exercise and nutrition. Work-outs are challenging and different so I do not get board. If you are looking for a personal one on one trainer I would highly recommend Tye Brooks.

I first learned about TBT at the beginning of summer when I was researching online . At first I was very skeptical to join but when I visiting her location for the first time , I knew it was gonna be a good experience . Tye challenges you everyday to work beyond your limits . She gives you the chance to excel in who you are . Personally I didn't lose a lot of weight during te program but I accomplished other goals like gaining three inches on the biceps and having a better looking chest haha :) . So sometimes is not about the numbers , but is about looking into the mirror and all you can do is smile . That is what TBT did to me . I will recommend anyone who want to better themselves to join.

OMG! She kicked my butt. I love how she transformed my body in 6 weeks time. I have so much more energy. I am grateful. Also can't beat the price. Thanks Thyre'

Tye is a miracle worker. I did not want to make any major changes when I started working with Tye. I was content to show up twice a week and let her put me through my paces. I wasn't going to change my eating habits. She is outstanding because she's so smooth that you don't even realize how hard core her workout is. She's not aggressive (or scary) and will train you at your level and pace, even in a group. I see Tye 3 times a week and have dropped pounds and inches. I eat healthier than I ever have and I feel amazing.

I have been training with Tye for about eight months now. She gives great advice and motivation to work hard and eat clean. So happy to say that I am off meds, and my cholesterol numbers look so good that my doctor congratulated me! I highly recommend her.
