- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take the risk out of doing business with us, and we provide a 30 day price match Guarantee, apples to apples comparison a company like ourselves, with our credentials and using the quality products we use, we Guarantee we'll be the best price. if another company gives you a lower price in writing within the first 30 days after we've completed the job, we'll cut you a check for the difference.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the homeowner after the initial contact through Thumbtack and do a FREE no obligation inspection of the home for the requested product, show the homeowner the product, and how we install it, the benefits and warranty, and provide them with a quote, and payment option, sign the agreements and schedule the installation
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We were project managers and trainers for a National Home Improvement Company and after our successful careers we have moved forward and open our own home improvement company.
