Art and his crew were excellent to work with. He evaluated what needed to be done and did not pressure me to do more than was necessary. Although it cost more than I anticipated, I am completely satisfied with the results. He was open to any questions I had and responded to my calls and emails promptly.

Art and his team quoted the project competitively. We're up front on what potential costs could look like and were extremely responsive as the process went along.
The day after the permit was issued, a teardown team showed up to tear down the old roof and to assess the support system underneath. Two days later, work was complete.
They cleaned up neatly and answered all of our questions. Can't recommend them enough.

The estimate entailed finding leaks I wasn't aware of, showed me pictures, and completed in a timely manner. The worker came on time, worked diligently, showed me pictures, and cleaned up afterward. I'm satisfied and believe that the work was well done.

I appreciated that the project manager came in person and explained the entire process clearly. He patiently answered all my questions (and I had quite a few). I was pleased that the crew completed the job in the promised time frame. Since completion, my neighbors have commented on how nice my roof looks and have said the house looks like new. I am happy with my choice.

What I appriciate most about Art and his company is the professionalism in the way the job was done from start to finish. He was right on time from the first appointment. I explained what I wanted to do. He made a few sugestions and sent the bid in a timely manner. A couple of the other roofing companies sent out the most unproffessional sales people I have ever come across. For example one young man with a glaring hickey on his next couldnt get my name right and tried to intimidate me when I told him I thought his quote was out of line, which it was. I didn't have any of that sort of nonsence with Economy. The job was completed quickly and looks really nice. No time was wasted and no excuses were needed which is exactly what I look for when dealing with contractractors. I would recomend them to somebody who needs a roof done

We take the risk out of doing business with us, and we provide a 30 day price match Guarantee, apples to apples comparison a company like ourselves, with our credentials and using the quality products we use, we Guarantee we'll be the best price. if another company gives you a lower price in writing within the first 30 days after we've completed the job, we'll cut you a check for the difference.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the homeowner after the initial contact through Thumbtack and do a FREE no obligation inspection of the home for the requested product, show the homeowner the product, and how we install it, the benefits and warranty, and provide them with a quote, and payment option, sign the agreements and schedule the installation
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We were project managers and trainers for a National Home Improvement Company and after our successful careers we have moved forward and open our own home improvement company.
