I was treated by Mrs. Reddy for 8 weeks and within that shirt period learned effective ways to decrease my anxiety and depressive symptoms, related to my trauma. She is thoughtful, empathic and direct in her practice. I highly recommend her as a therapist.

I sought mental health treatment to address PTSD symptoms as a result of a recent trauma. Kim helped me understand the common reactions to trauma and highlight
the incorrect way of thinking that I had developed after my trauma. After 8 weeks of therapy, I felt better able to cope. I learned that my trauma will always be a part of my life, but now I have control over when I think about it.
