Oliver did a great job fixing our Toto toilet. The flapper needed to be replaced, but due to the tight space, he had to remove the entire toilet to access it. He handled everything quickly, cleanly, and professionally. Great communication, showed up on time, and clearly knows his stuff. Highly recommended!
