Glen from Oliver Flynn did an amazing job analyzing the problem I had with a broken bolt hole below the toilet wax ring and he solved a problem with a much lower cost compared to other quotes. He kept to his quotation and made sure I was satisfied with the result, even checking back later to make sure the repair held.
