- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is catered to the amount of time that a job takes to complete, which is why the type of event that we are being booked for has an impact on the price. Thumbtack generates an estimate but the final quote will come after we collect all of the details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I ask a range of questions about the event, the clients makeup style and comfort level with makeup. I also ask the client to show me pictures of makeup styles that inspire them and that they favor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have three certifications in Makeup Artistry, which are: Introduction to Beauty, Expert Artistry, and Print Runway and Bridal certified. I am also trained by Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, Elizabeth Arden Cosmetics and MAC cosmetics.
