We provide a very detailed inspection with thermal imaging and moisture reading. State-of-the-art equipment for moisture removal/drying.

Everything was done in a very professional manner & explained in detail what needed to be done to make my home safe again. I had black mold. They were always on time & left my home as clean as when they arrived. I would definitely recommend 1st Action Restoration to anyone in need of their services. Very knowledgeable & helpful.

We had a plumbing accident that resulted in a flood on our hardwood floors in three bedrooms, one bathroom and our hallway. Even though we got all the water up within an hour we were very concerned about water damage. Tony came to our rescue. He had all the equipment needed to detect moisture under the floorboards and baseboards and did a very thorough assessment. He then immediately set up all the equipment to extract water and dry out the floors and walls. Everything was very transparent and he took time to explain what he was doing and why. Tony really took the rescue of our floors very seriously and he also took lots of pictures and submitted the claim to our insurance company. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the service he provided. He made a difficult situation a lot easier to handle because he was so friendly and caring and knowledgeable and just plain good at his job. We are so thankful we called 1st Action Restoration!

Having a slab leak is never fun, but having a bad experience with your insurance company can make it worse. The last time a had a leak i made the mistake of listening to my insurance adjuster and hiring thier company , what a nighmare . This time I took some good advice and hired 1st Action , what a difference . These guys are true professionals, much better in every way than the " service proffessionals " reffered by my insurance company last time. Fast , clean , and they even billed my insurance so i didnt have to pay . I will certainly use 1st action again and will be telling all of my family friends and nighbors about how good these guys are. Dont get taken advantage of by your insurance , hire an independant contractor like Tony, he will make sure that the job is done right and will fight the good fight for you. A+++, good job, Thanks a million .

Anthony is simply the best! While having a leak is never a fun experience, Tony and his team are the restoration dream team!
When Tony says, I'll see you at 9:00 a.m., the doorbell rings at precisely 9:00 a.m. When they move your belongings, it's as if they are moving their own things, all screws are accounted for, labeled and attached to your individual items. Tony is never too busy to explain the process or answer any of your questions. Insurance claim? He handles all of that too! I've had two leaks at this property, the first time around I did not know Tony but now that I know him, I would not let anyone else handle the job because he's the best!

Tony was very polite and professional. He was able to arrive at my home within a couples hours. His work was quick and thorough and explained all the steps clearly. I hope I never have a need for restoration service again but if I do I’ll call him.
