Everything was done in a very professional manner & explained in detail what needed to be done to make my home safe again. I had black mold. They were always on time & left my home as clean as when they arrived. I would definitely recommend 1st Action Restoration to anyone in need of their services. Very knowledgeable & helpful.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish! They were quick on responding to my needs, and getting to me for an estimate. Very polite and professional, as well as informative. The work itself was done wonderfully I couldn't even recognize the house I was coming back to!! Safe to say I would recommend and use 1st actions services again!!!

Anthony is simply the best! While having a leak is never a fun experience, Tony and his team are the restoration dream team!
When Tony says, I'll see you at 9:00 a.m., the doorbell rings at precisely 9:00 a.m. When they move your belongings, it's as if they are moving their own things, all screws are accounted for, labeled and attached to your individual items. Tony is never too busy to explain the process or answer any of your questions. Insurance claim? He handles all of that too! I've had two leaks at this property, the first time around I did not know Tony but now that I know him, I would not let anyone else handle the job because he's the best!
