I can’t vouch for the quality of their work, but customer service was lacking. I set up an appointment to get a bid for putting up some exterior awnings on my home. Matthew texted more than 30 minutes past the appointment time saying he was running late because of a personal issue. I get it, but as a professional, you should text or call before or at the time of the appointment. He came over about an hour late, took some measurements and said he would get back to me with a bid. Over a week later, I still hadn’t heard anything, so I sent a text asking for an update and never got any type of reply. If you are too busy to send a bid, please don’t waste my time or yours coming to take measurements.
