We offer free estimates We are competitive in the current market We don't hide fees or surprise customer with additional amounts We are honest and carry ourselves with high integrity
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually the customer contacts us, if which we decide if this is an area we can help them in. Second, we set up a time to meet them and talk about the project Third, we put together a comprehensive proposal Fourth, we present the proposal to the customer Fifth, if contract is signed we move forward with the project Sixth, We complete the project Lastly, after all work is completed we do a walk thru, we get a final payment and ask for a review
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On the job training. Worked for other builders in my early years, continued to learn and grow to the point i felt confident to start my own company.
