I would give 10 stars to Zach for the amazing pics that he took for our party. He did much more than what he signed up for, stayed till the end and captured all the moments so beautifully. What I really liked about him was that he was genuinely passionate, curious and very receptive to any specific asks from everyone posing to get pictures. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices so far have been priced pretty fair. I would like my customers to get a professional shoot for a reasonable and affordable price. My prices are always negotiable to help accommodate any budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want the process for a new customer to be as painless as possible. After the initial request and booking process. I like to meet in person if possible or on the phone to discuss price time and location options and mainly for the customer to get to know me and vice versa.
