- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices range from $20 to $30 an hour depending on job and area. Sometimes they can run lower and sometimes a little higher, it just depends on the job and location. If you want me to drive two hours it's going to have to be a minimum of two hours of work and it will be a higher price, but I am willing to the size of the job into consideration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's normally contact by phone or email, then we will schedule a time for me to look at the home or business to give them a price quote. When it's reoccurring, after cleaning two to three times I will have an average price based on the hours it's taken each time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two year professional cleaning experience and about 20 years of cleaning my own home and families. I have also taking health, safety and nutrition classes.
