- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on the average cost for other cleaning professionals and because I am also a professional organizer and interior designer, I have a little more to offer in addition to simply cleaning a client's space. :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like my new client to complete a one page information form so that I can better assist them in what they would like to see addressed, as far as cleaning, prioritized organizing, etc. And also their challenges as I like to help them come up with a plan so that the quality of life is improved, not just a quick "clean" fix! I have also learned a lot from my client's and have "borrowed" a lot of their ideas! :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Because I have been doing this type of work on and off for decades, I have graduated from the Interior Design Institute, which included Professional Organizing. Having been the office manager for a family construction company for over 25 years, I am well versed as to how a home office should be structured and how important it is to have a well organized enviroment in which to work in. I feel it's important to keep business matters separate from the rest of a client's home, so they can easily relax "away" from work!
