- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is on a project by project basis. We do have some standard rates for some services below is a list of them: Wedding Photos: This is for our Senior Photographer and an assistant or Two Senior Photographers and an assistant. All wedding packages Include an engagement session, fully edited and retouched photos, and print license for personal use. 350hr for Single photographer 450hr for Two Photographers We have a six hour minimum on all wedding packages unless booking in April, May or Sep in which we have an 8hr minimum. Photobooths: Includes Props, Prints, Backdrop, and Booth Attendant 3hrs=300.00 4hrs=400.00 5hrs=475.00 6hrs=575.00 Wedding Videos: This is an all inclusive package so you get a fully edited completed video upon completion. Flat rate 2150.00 All day coverage two Camera Operators fully kitted out for filming. Audio and wireless mics for the day Fully edited 4-6min highlight video upon completion edited, graded, and delivered for sharing Hard Drive with all the footage captured from the day on it. Real Estate Photography: 125.00 Standard Real estate photo Interior Exterior photos. 175.00 Same as above with the Inclusion of Drone Photos 250.00 Same as above but with the inclusion of a 1 min fully edited Home tour including areal drone video as well. 450.00 Same as above with the Inclusion of a 3D virtual tour scan of the entire home. Professional Headshots: 2hr sessions with print license 175.00 All professional headshot sessions are by appointment only and include two outfit changes if desired and two locations. Senior Photos: Half day Session 300.00 Included two locations and one outfit change Full Day session 600.00 Includes three locations and Two outfit changes. This package is great for athletes etc who would like to have multiple versions of their photos and in different location but no the stock plain traditional photos. It's built around providing an experience and not just a session. Family Photos: Family Photos are 250.00 per session and are by request only. This is a two hour session as well with a limit of 7 people for family. Additional cost applies to more subjects than 7. Commercial Filming: Our day rate for filming is $700.00 a day. Half day is $375.00. This does not include pre production, narrative development, location discovery, edit, color grade, or post production deliverables. This cost is subject to actual cost and time at 45 hr for pre and post production work. Commercial Photography (ie. Product photography, Professional Headshots, Business photography, conceptual photography): This is highly customized session and is subject to the requirements of the project and final use. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is comprised of three stages. Stage 1: Discovery In the discovery phase we familiarize ourselves with what you would like accomplish with your Service. This, we feel, is the most important part of our process. We do the research, we get to know your vision and plan for your event/project and then we make a plan for the service. Stage 2: The Capture Once we have established what you are trying to accomplish and have done the discovery, we set dates and times to do the capture. Whether it's a wedding, social media commercial, or family photo we treat every projects as if it's the most important one we will ever do. This has ensured that our clients have never had a bad thing to say about their experience with us. Stage 3: Delivery Once we have completed the capture portion we head back to the studio, load everything into the computer, and go to work editing and applying our personal touch to the final product. When we have completed this we upload all the proofs to our online digital gallery/video service and provide you with a link and a password to your personal gallery. Once you have approved them we package it all up and deliver it to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are not formally trained photographers. We have simply put in thousands of hours actually professionally shooting and filming. We have shot over 100 different weddings and dozens of professional and personal filming situations from weddings to business commercials. We have the experience and knowledge to handle any of your small to medium sized projects or events.
