Introduction: I teach yoga (RYT 200-hour plus many hours of continued education) for beginners as well as advanced practitioners. My style includes in-depth breath practices, strength training, breakdown of postures to achieve safe alignment and reap all the benefits of the pose and meditation. I have many hours of prenatal, postnatal and mommy-and-me training with renowned yogi and fitness expert, Desi Bartlet.
With private and small group lessons, we can bring your yoga practice to a whole new level. You will find yourself breathing easier, becoming more flexible, stronger and understanding your body in a way you never have before!
To bring another element of calm, Reiki healing and yoga classes specifically tailored for restorative, relaxation and healing are a fun specialty of mine.
