Introduction: Bella B Events is an all-inclusive design, coordination and floral firm. Our goal is to make the planning and execution of your event a seamless and fun experience for you. Launched in 2009, Bella B has done 100’s of events in Southern California at some of the most prestigious venues, including multiple events at the Monarch Beach Resort and the gorgeous Saddlerock Ranch. Our experienced staff have tackled a variety of event needs, including fully erecting venue sites from scratch. Amazing! I requested her in January and my wedding was in October. We kept in great communication and when there was a problem she was quick to resolve it. She was very understanding and worked with me. The best quality you can receive from a florist on your special day. Everything was beautiful and she made my vision come to life. Thank you so much Kelly! You and your team are awesome! I don’t have my photos yet, but once I receive them I’ll post! I highly recommend. (:

Planning my wedding during this covid pandemic was especially hard and frustrating. I got engaged to my then-fiancé on December 2018, planned our wedding for May 2020 in the Philippines. Everything was set and ready until mid-March of 2020 when everything closed down due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We rescheduled for January 29, 2021 but when June came and the pandemic was not getting any better, we cancelled everything in the Philippines. Our new plan was scheduled January 30 3021 After postponing twice, we decided to have our wedding in the very same backyard where we got engaged. This brought us back to square one in planning. After planning for more than a year, i could say we’ve had our share of experience. So at this point, our expectations were pretty high but still to expect the unexpected. Finding Kelly from Bella B was a blessing. Our experience was totally unexpected. We booked her about 6 months prior to our final date January 2021. This gave her just the least amount of time to prepare. We knew what we wanted. One of our many wants was that We wanted beautiful flower setups so a good stylist was important. Who would have thought that besides being a coordinator, we also hired a florist?! Kelly was amazing. Our first meeting was unexpectedly entertaining. Our motif included the color blue and wine red. We explained that we were having it in the backyard but we didn’t prefer rustic but instead we still wanted it to be classy, romantic but not over the top. We explained that we wanted to have a covid friendly reception that didn’t feel like a backyard. And she delivered 100%. With all my wishes, she understood everything and did above and beyond our expectations. She would provide a plan with our budget always in mind. Both my fiancé and i were pretty hands on with everything so on our wedding day, besides the nerve wracking ceremony, we were both relaxed the whole time and all 26 guests were comfortable and had a great time. Some even mentioned that our wedding was the best wedding they attended and they never failed to mention that Kelly was amazing. She made sure we were fed and hydrated the whole night. Some of our guests even plan to hire her services for future events. So look no further! You have found your wedding planner! Jay & Isabella Mayuga

Bella B events was hands down the best wedding coordinator I could have asked for. Starting from all of my communication with Kelly leading up to the event, everyone I dealt with was friendly, responsive, caring, professional, and hard working. When it was about 3 weeks out from my wedding I began working with Tina who was my specific day of coordinator. Tina was so great! She called and emailed with me regularly, reached out to all my vendors, and even agreed to pick up my cake on the day of the wedding! On the day of my wedding it was actually raining all morning and Tina was able to improvise and secure us a tent and then worked her butt off to make sure the rest of the venue was prepped and ready for everyone. She did so much to make sure I was happy and the day ran smoothly. I can say 100% I would not have had the amazing wedding I had if it had not been for Tina! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an amazing coordinator! The price was so reasonable and the quality of service was unmatched.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Kelly and the Bella B team! Prior to our event, I was able to go over my vision in detail with Kelly. She was very responsive to our questions and any updates we had throughout the planning process. The day of, Kelly and her team created beautiful bouquets and floral displays for our wedding and it was even better than I expected! They arrived on time to deliver the bouquets and other personal floral, and the floral displays were setup well before our ceremony started. I would definitely hire the Bella B team again and highly recommend them!
