Bella B Events is an all-inclusive design, coordination and floral firm. Our goal is to make the planning and execution of your event a seamless and fun experience for you. Launched in 2009, Bella B has done 100’s of events in Southern California at some of the most prestigious venues, including multiple events at the Monarch Beach Resort and the gorgeous Saddlerock Ranch. Our experienced staff have tackled a variety of event needs, including fully erecting venue sites from scratch. Whether you are having a small private gathering or a large function, we guarantee you and your guests will enjoy being "Bella B'ed."

HIGHLY recommend!! We are so glad that we decided to work with Kelly as our wedding coordinator because our day would not have been a success without her help! My fiance and I live on the east coast and were getting married in Southern California, so we needed someone who was very responsive and reliable since we weren't able to be in the area. We immediately felt at ease with Kelly from our very first phone call, and it was clear she was experienced and knew her stuff! We mainly needed someone to help setup decorations at our reception venue, but she was so helpful to prepare for things we didn't even think of (including specifics of the day-of timeline and coordinating all our external vendors). From the pre-wedding prep to the actual wedding day, Kelly was very professional and helped us each step of the way! She even made sure we had drinks throughout the reception! We would very highly recommend Kelly for your special day!

Bella B events was hands down the best wedding coordinator I could have asked for. Starting from all of my communication with Kelly leading up to the event, everyone I dealt with was friendly, responsive, caring, professional, and hard working. When it was about 3 weeks out from my wedding I began working with Tina who was my specific day of coordinator. Tina was so great! She called and emailed with me regularly, reached out to all my vendors, and even agreed to pick up my cake on the day of the wedding! On the day of my wedding it was actually raining all morning and Tina was able to improvise and secure us a tent and then worked her butt off to make sure the rest of the venue was prepped and ready for everyone. She did so much to make sure I was happy and the day ran smoothly. I can say 100% I would not have had the amazing wedding I had if it had not been for Tina! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an amazing coordinator! The price was so reasonable and the quality of service was unmatched.

It was absolutely a pleasure to work with Bella B Events! Kelly and her team executed the centerpieces beautifully and even allowed us to borrow their equipment to create a better aisle setting on the day of. I love that she collects all of the arrangements at the end of the night and compost everything to not waste any flowers and plants!

Great florist, highly recommend! I really enjoyed working with Kelly. She's very professional and usually responds promptly to messages. Although I never met her on the day of the wedding, due to wedding chaos, she was a pleasure to work with. Everything was exactly as discussed and the floral arch she made for us was the perfect center point of our small, rustic backyard wedding. Everyone loved the arch. Thank you so much Kelly!
