I am a former D1 athlete that lost my edge. Tanner helped me refocus my energy to obtain the fitness level I had during my playing days. He kept me accountable and motivated me on the days I really didn't feel like working out. Tanner tailored my workouts specific to me and my goals. The nutrition plan and supplements that Tanner designed for me was the key to my success as I never payed much attention to fuel I put in my body. I feel more aware, alive and overall healthy. Not only was this a fitness plan it was Tanner making this a way of life and for that I am grateful.

    My calling in life is to help people, and when considering my experience in athletics along with my education in Kinesiology, what better way to help people then to share what I've learned along with my failures and success so that they can live a balanced lifestyle.

    I give people the tools to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle so that they can permanently incorporate what I teach throughout their lifetime.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Make sure that whomever you decide to work with that you feel completely comfortable with that person and that they have your best interests in mind. It's not just about the one hour training session 2 or 3 times per week. It's about making a complete change in your life so that you can attain your maximum potential.
