Miguel is a life saver! I had a really bad clog in one of our open houses. We ran the tub and noticed it was clogged!! I found him on thumbtack he explain to me that one of his guys was running late wasn’t able to make it to us on time but he dispatched another tech to assist us. We had a scheduled walkthrough with a potential buyer so this was literally a deal breaker for us🙏thank you Miguel for all you help we will definitely be hiring again

Mike R did a great job and is a hard worker. My toilet was leaking from the bottom and Mike arrived on-time, responded quick and was able to replace my toilet, replace wax ring and install my brand new toilet. He was very organized and kind. He even mopped my floor after replacing the toilet. He definitely went above and beyond. Amazing job! I would definitely recommend Mike to anybody that needs something fixed around the house. Thank you Mike!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Handyman services in general are a 3 hour minimum guys. Plus a service trip fee
Furniture assembly: is hourly plus a service trip fee
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving their job request I like to follow up with them as soon as possible and “schedule a quick call” gather as much information about their request. (e.g pictures, video) once I have all that information I can provide them a solution with a estimated quote for the repairs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
