I’m in love w my ‘Owl’ wallpaper fr UK! I had scheduled w another installer and he took over 5 days to respond and when I booked him, he hadn’t sent me an estimate so I reached out to confirm my appt a week later, he canceled due to illness and said he was backed up. I wasn’t too happy. But I found and contacted JAPA WALLPAPER (&3am…sorry) and I am so happy I did. I received a response w/in a few hours and not only that Philipe was able to install my wallpaper w/in a couple days, not weeks! Philipe and his partner fr JAPA WALLPAPER are very nice, professional with impeccable work ethics and skills. The wallpaper installation was flawless…no lumps, bumps, no glue everywhere and NO seams. Felipe and his wife rescued me from a bad job that we had got through a handyman that claimed he did wallpaper in the past but it turned out like a tic-tac-toe board. We were trying to save a little money since we were on a budget and it was a mistake. Felipe came came to look at the job on a Sunday and we schedule the new work for Thursday it was just completed very happy with the installation would highly recommend them for any wallpaper installation you need.

Luis answered all my questions and was very helpful from project planning through execution. They installed a spoon flower pre-pasted wallpaper with a large pattern and high contrast- which would be easy to screw up but they did a nice job with the pattern matching. I also appreciated their expertise on where to put the non-matching seam. The job was a small powder room. They also repaired drywall damage from prior backsplash removal for the job. I am very satisfied with their work and value.
