My crew and I have done concrete, bathroom and room remodels and continue to work on any project sizes throughout the bay area. The BEST contractor that we have ever worked with for our remodeled room. 1) He was able to work with CITY PERMIT process until we passed all the inspections. 2) He is RESPONSIVE while we communicate on thumbtack app. 3) He is PUNCTUAL - he showed up on time for an estimate as well as for the service. 4) He is PROFESSIONAL throughout the whole process. He is very knowledgeable and he knows what is best to do. So you don’t have to explain a lot to him, and he doesn’t have a lot of back and forth questions. So the whole process is fast and smooth. 5) He has GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS - we had no miscommunications which is very valuable and stress-free to work with him. Plus, he is humble, polite, and transparent. 6) He is EFFICIENT - he and his crew member finished the whole room remodel for 5 days. 2 days for setting up the dry wall, 1 day for tape & mud, texture and paint, 1 day for complete drywall patching and paint, and 1 day for finishing complete look and cleaning - only 2 people! 7) He provides QUALITY WORK - my remodeled room is very clean and neat and looking great. He cleans up very nicely afterwards. We highly recommend their service!

Assad was really easy to work with. For the project we had to replace a panel on the wall to fix a large 2’ x 3’ hole. He showed up on the day of and in a matter of hours the entire area was replaced and patched up. Things had to settle and dry, so on the second day he came back through to make the finishing touches and apply the paint. The area we were working on wasn’t in the easiest spot but he was very thoughtful and thorough in his solution. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the fix. Highly recommend connecting with Assad for your projects.
