We didn’t end up working with Roberto on the job we had in mind (modifying a cabinet to fit a new stove), and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. He came by, gave us an estimate, and we agreed to move forward. He was supposed to come the next day, we even scheduled the stove delivery based on that plan, but he didn’t show up. The day after, he sent a message saying he couldn’t make it the day before but would come that day instead. Again, he didn’t show, and after that, he stopped responding altogether. It was a hassle having the new stove sitting in our small kitchen for days and I needed to pay extra for the installation service to come after we found someone else to fix the cabinets. We understand if plans change, but not communicating at all felt really unprofessional and irresponsible.
