- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flat rates based on the length/nature of the job, and am willing to discuss with my clients depending on their budget; my priority is to make your idea come to life! I also offer a discount for returning clients and referrals, as well if you leave a review on Thumbtack.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
BEFORE THE PHOTOSHOOT: Excited to work with you! I will get in touch with time options depending on our availabilities and to ensure we have the best light for the photoshoot. If you don't have a set location, I will offer options based on what you're looking for. I also enjoy knowing a bit about my clients and have them send me examples of work they like for inspiration. DURING THE PHOTOSHOOT: Don't be worried! I will guide you through it and make sure to capture your best side :) AFTER THE PHOTOSHOOT: Just sit back and relax! You will get a sneak peek within 2-4 days and the final pictures available for download within 2-4 weeks (Quick turnaround option available upon request). Enjoy your pictures!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing photography for 6 years, invested in high quality equipment and fully mastered editing softwares for best results!
