Don brings a passion and enthusiasm that will motivate anyone to push through his training sessions. I worked with Don when he was first beginning as a trainer and it is something I knew he would continue to succeed in. Don is extremely knowledgable in body weight training, as he introduced me to new exercises that were challenging but extremely beneficial. Don has the ability to mix motivational tactics that mentally and physically challenge you while remaining positive and upbeat. He was always on time and even willing to spend a few extra minutes past the scheduled time if necessary. My experience working with Don was nothing but positive. He brings an energy you seem forced to match which yields maximum training results. I would recommend Don to anyone whether it be extreme beginners or highly trained athletes. Don will bring the best out of you!

I have been an athlete my entire life through both organized sports as well as pick up games. Thus, I am in the gym a lot and tend to work out regularly. A few months ago I decided I wanted to step things up a notch and I felt the only way was by working with a professional. I was referred to Don by a buddy and WOW I couldn't be happier! Don is not only exceptionally knowledgeable about his craft, but is one of the most dedicated people I have ever met. He knows how to motivated me to new limits I never even knew I had. On multiple occasions he has even stayed a little bit after my sessions were over just to ensure that I was satisfied and pushed to my full potential. On top of it all, he is just an all around great guy and an extremely genuine human being. Don has also helped me develop a nutrition regiment that has excelled my physique, as well as my energy and overall health to a new level. Not only am I currently in the best shape of my life, but my confidence is at an all time high! Really appreciate everything Don has done for me, he has seriously changed my life!
