FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent and competitive pricing based on the specific scope, materials, and complexity of each project. We provide detailed, itemized estimates before starting any work so there are no hidden fees or unexpected costs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial consultation to discuss your vision, budget, and project goals. Next, we provide a detailed proposal and work on 3D designs and permit-ready architectural plans if needed. Once approved, we establish a clear timeline and maintain open, regular communication throughout every phase of construction until the final walkthrough.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team consists of licensed General Contractors with extensive hands-on experience in residential construction, full-home remodeling, ADU building, and architectural design. We continuously stay updated on local Bay Area building codes, permit requirements, safety standards, and modern construction techniques.
