Alex does quality work and is very attentive to details. I hired him to install an attic lift system (very rare and some handyman don't even know what that is). Even though he had installed a different model, he still reviewed on-line video instructions before he started. Throughout the process, I could tell he paid attention to the finest details. Because it was a fairly large job, he offered a not-to-exceed quote and stayed within that budget. As a result, I am now using him as my go-to person for projects like attic fan installation, adding power outlet, installing window screen, etc. I also started referring him to my friends who have home improvement projects. Hire him if you want reasonable rate ($75/hr), reliable person and most importantly quality work.
